On Saturdays throughout this month of April, resort guests will be able to try and taste wines that perfectly pair with the meals served by the resort, with delicious snacks specially selected to enhance the sensory experience, while learning how to choose the correct foods that accompany each type of wine.

In addition, the visit also includes theoretical studies on oenology, from soil selection, producing regions, winemaking techniques, to grape planting, as well as the most famous wines from Brazil and around the world, all to unveil the secrets to appreciate and enjoy wines to perfection.

On the night of the wine tasting day, an Italian Dinner will be served at the resort, where guests will enjoy Italian cuisine with the option to apply the theory learned and pair the meal with the wines offered by the resort.
