Júlio Moraes participates in a tourism event in Presidente Prudente

A Secretaria Municipal de Turismo de Presidente Prudente (Setur), apresentou projetos de fomento ao turismo regional com a presença do prefeito Ed Thomas e Júlio Moraes, presidente do Terra Parque Eco Resort.

With more than 90,000 clients per year, Terra Parque serves as a tourist gateway to the Presidente Prudente region, connecting visitors to all the tourism options the region has to offer.

The first project, developed by Carlos Andreta, a consultant and volunteer collaborator for Google Maps, aims to implement digital tourism in the city, providing tourists, visitors, and even local residents with relevant information about the city through an interactive immersion experience.

Mayor Ed Thomas emphasizes that tourism begins in digital platforms: "People will have the ease of access, digital is speed and the easiest way to reach tourists. People, especially in the post-pandemic era, are increasingly seeking leisure, nature, and freshwater. These are projects that certainly add value."

Já o segundo projeto foi apresentado por Luiz Fernando Neves, o Plano de Desenvolvimento Turístico, com pesquisas de mercado, estudo da cidade, pontos de interesse e preferências no turismo regional.

Conforme o sócio executivo do Terra Parque Eco Resort, Júlio Cesar de Moraes, Prudente é a locomotiva do oeste paulista e tem potencial para ser um polo de turismo. “Recebemos turistas diariamente, de diversos lugares, para várias finalidades: lazer, saúde, educação. A cidade também tem demostrado excelência em eventos, como o Vila Natal e o Vila Julina. Projetos como estes nos deixam otimistas”.
