Terra Parque organizes a grand June festival for its employees

The June festival is a highly cherished Brazilian tradition, and it was organized by the resort as one of the ways to celebrate the local culture and strengthen the bonds among the resort's team members.

With typical decorations, music, a variety of traditional food and drinks, games, contests with various prizes, and a costume competition, the event provided a moment of relaxation and fun for everyone.

Moreover, the resort's June festival was made even livelier with the participation of employees dressed in typical rural attire, including a costume competition that awarded the best and most creative female and male costumes. To acknowledge the most enthusiastic participants of the event, special sashes were presented to the three employees who stood out for their contagious energy.

The company is always aware of the importance of fostering a healthy and motivating work environment, which is why it added the “Feedback Elegante”, a moment where employees could express their admiration and recognition for their colleagues, highlighting their work, professional skills, and their importance to the team. It was a moment of mutual appreciation that further strengthened the bonds and reinforced the company culture.

The highlight of the party was the "arraiá caipira," where employees participated by dancing to traditional music, performing a quadrille, and even a "casamento caipira" (mock rural wedding). It was a delightful ceremony that allowed them to take on character roles, leading to lots of laughter and applause.
