Among the possibilities are corporate events, training sessions, congresses, celebrations, school trips, religious gatherings, birthdays, weddings, family reunions, and group travel.

In addition, the resort’s structure makes it possible to create experiences that combine collective moments with periods of leisure and rest.

For this reason, the format of the program can vary greatly according to the goal of each group.

Yes. Terra Parque has a structure designed for events of different sizes.

Among the available spaces are Espaço Nações, Sabores do Mundo, Convivência, Treinamentos, Encantos e Espaço Pub.

Espaço Nações is one of the largest spaces and can welcome up to one thousand people, depending on the configuration chosen for the event.

This way, the resort can host everything from smaller gatherings to conventions, lectures, and events with a larger number of participants.

The setup of the spaces may vary according to the number of participants and the purpose of the meeting.

Among the possible formats are:

This way, a lecture may require a different setup from a training session, meeting, or dinner.

For this reason, the format should be defined together with the team responsible for the event, considering the profile of the program.

No. One of Terra Parque’s possibilities is to use different areas of the resort during the program.

In addition to meeting rooms and convention spaces, some activities can take place outdoors or in different environments, depending on the format and proposal of the event.

For example, a company can hold a lecture in a room in the morning and organize an outdoor integration activity in the afternoon.

This flexibility helps create less repetitive events and makes better use of the available structure.

In addition to traditional convention environments, other spaces at Terra Parque can complement the program.

The Underground Wine Cellar has a more intimate proposal and can host experiences such as dinners, happy hours, tastings, and gatherings for smaller groups.

Terra Costelaria can be part of celebrations, gastronomic experiences, and outdoor gatherings.

The nature-filled spaces can also host moments of togetherness, integration, and other activities planned according to the group’s profile.

This way, the event does not need to happen all the time inside a single room.

Terra Parque can host different formats of business events.

Among them are:

In addition to professional content, the program can include moments of leisure, gastronomy, and togetherness.

This way, the event can stop being just a sequence of meetings and gain experiences capable of bringing participants closer together.

Holding an event at a resort makes it possible to concentrate different needs in a single place. This way, the organization becomes more practical and participants can make better use of each moment in the program.

At Terra Parque, for example, participants find meeting spaces, accommodation, food, leisure, and moments of integration without needing to make several transfers throughout the day. For this reason, this structure is especially helpful for events lasting two or more days.

In addition, leaving the traditional work environment can create a different dynamic among participants. Meetings and training sessions remain part of the agenda, while shared meals, activities, and moments of rest help make the experience more complete.

At the same time, this combination can encourage greater interaction between teams. In this way, the event supports both professional content and integration among people.

The necessary structure depends on the type of event and the services contracted.

During planning, the company or organizer can align with the responsible team on needs related to space setup, equipment, food, room organization, and other services required for the program.

For this reason, it is important to inform the event format and the group’s main needs in advance.

This way, the team can evaluate which space and configuration best suit the event.

Food can be part of the event and group program according to the contracted format.

Among the possibilities are breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, happy hours, and gastronomic experiences.

In addition, spaces such as Terra Costelaria and the Underground Wine Cellar can complement certain proposals.

The number of meals, schedules, and format should be defined during the organization of the event.

This way, food also becomes part of the group experience.

Yes. Participants can combine the event with accommodation inside Terra Parque itself.

This possibility is especially helpful for conventions, business meetings, and group trips that take place over more than one day.

Instead of moving between a hotel, restaurant, and convention center, participants can remain in the same place throughout the entire program.

In addition, free periods can be used to enjoy different areas of the resort.

Yes. Depending on the profile of the event, the program can include experiences focused on integration and togetherness.

Sports activities, dynamics, recreational moments, adventure experiences, gastronomy, and contact with nature can complement the agenda.

In the corporate environment, these experiences can also work as team-building activities. team building, ou integração de equipes.

This way, an event can alternate moments of content with situations in which participants interact more informally.

Yes. Schools can also organize school trips and group travel to Terra Parque.

In this case, the program can consider the students’ age, the number of participants, the purpose of the trip, food, the length of stay, and the chosen activities.

In addition to leisure, students can have contact with experiences related to nature, the rural environment, animals, and group interaction.

For this reason, the school trip can combine fun with discoveries outside the traditional school environment.

The program can bring together different types of experiences.

The small farm, vegetable garden, and other rural environments bring students closer to nature and aspects of life in the countryside.

Pools, sports spaces, and social areas can be part of the experience according to the program.

Dynamics, recreation, and games help create moments of integration among students.

Depending on the format of the trip, students may also come into contact with stories and traditions connected to the countryside of São Paulo.

This way, the school trip does not need to be limited to a single activity.

Although both formats can welcome groups of students, they have different proposals.

A school trip may have recreational, educational, or integration goals and can take place with different age groups.

Terra Formatura, on the other hand, is its own graduation trip experience, especially developed for groups that want to celebrate the end of a school stage.

The Terra Formatura program includes parties, activities, recreation, and moments specifically designed for graduating students.

Yes. The structure can also serve groups that want to celebrate or simply spend a few days together.

Among the possibilities are:

In this case, the program can combine meals, accommodation, leisure, and reserved moments for the group.

This way, different generations can share the trip without needing to follow exactly the same activities all the time.

One of the main advantages is bringing different structures together in the same destination.

Accommodation, food, leisure, and social spaces are close to one another, which makes organizing the group easier.

In addition, participants with different interests can find distinct activities without missing the main shared moments of the trip.

While some people enjoy the pools, for example, others can rest, practice sports, or take part in another activity.

Afterward, everyone can come together again for a meal or collective program.

Not necessarily.

A group trip can combine moments when everyone participates together with free periods for each person to choose how they want to enjoy the resort.

For example, a company can gather participants for a lecture in the morning, leave the afternoon free for activities, and organize a dinner at night.

Similarly, a family can spend part of the day together and, at another moment, divide between pools, recreation, sports, and rest.

This flexibility helps serve groups formed by people of different ages and interests.

Yes. Depending on the proposal, different outdoor areas can be part of the event.

Celebrations, gastronomic experiences, gatherings, dynamics, and moments of integration can take advantage of nature-filled environments.

However, the use of spaces depends on the chosen format, the necessary structure, the number of people, and weather conditions.

For this reason, planning must be carried out in advance with the responsible team.

Terra Parque is located in Pirapozinho, in Western São Paulo, near Presidente Prudente.

The location makes it easier for groups from different regions to arrive. For those traveling by plane, Presidente Prudente State Airport is approximately 10 minutes from the resort.

Groups traveling by road can arrive through the main access routes to Western São Paulo.

This proximity to Presidente Prudente also offers an urban support structure for those organizing events with participants coming from different cities.

The first step is to define the purpose of the trip or event.

Then, companies, schools, and organizers can contact the Terra Parque team and provide some important information, such as:

With this information, the team can evaluate the spaces and possibilities that best suit the proposal.

Yes.
